3 ingredient potato cakes recipe: perfect for fussy toddlers
This quick, easy and ingredient-light potato cakes recipe makes a great finger food for fussy toddlers. In fact, it’s great for adults too when dipped in ketchup, sweet chilli or sriracha sauce.
The great thing is, you can add any meat/fish or veg into the potato mix, so it’s great for using up leftover dinner, which is how this recipe came about.
Hannah turned her nose up at hubby’s lamb curry, so I wanted to integrate the lamb somehow into her favourite all-time food – potato. And the rest is baby led weaning history…
Potato cakes recipe:
- 300g potatoes
- 100g plain flour
- 50g butter
- Shredded/minced lamb
- Pulled chicken
- Tuna flakes
- Sweet corn
The list goes on…
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. It will form a thick dough.
Shape into round painted.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for around 20 minutes. Turn once halfway through.
It really is as easy as that.
